I think it was coincidence that I had put a node there for the playground
that OS Green Space / Cj had flagged as needing an area. So the tags were
suggested for the soon-to-be area. I thought the the algorithm was
complaining about the suitably-tagged node, but looks like it was ignorant
of it.
