[Talk-GB] beer gardens

I've used amenity=biergarten for such situations until it was 
highlighted it was incorrect usage.
beer_garden=yes is OK, as an attribute, but many hostelries, especially 
non-urban, have extensive grounds some contributors find worth mapping 
in detail. For these I've been using leisure=garden + access=customer.

I'd be happy to see an alternative,specific tag to be developed.
