Just to remind everyone: it's still not 100% clear that we are able to
make use of ONS's UPRN -> Postcode data in OSM. See
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/licence_clarification_for_nsul_a
. So far ONS have clarified that the datasets can be re-used under the
OGL, but haven't yet confirmed that they don't contain third-party
rights that ONS aren't authorised to licence. The latter would be
excluded from the OGL-licenced content, so we should wait for
confirmation here before making use of the data.
