[Talk-GB] Priority Postboxes

Do we know if the postie picks out the samples from the box or they get
other special treatment, or does a postcard to my nan get the same deal?

If it's a general collection I'd say the tags should reflect that and not
mention samples:
My nan doesn't mind what prompted RM to deliver faster than usual.

 (and not even mention Covid, possibly: these seem to be late-collecting
boxes near economic centres on the whole, so perhaps they're priority in
all conditions, just now we see the stickers).
