Here's another example - OSM has Swyncombe Avenue as a tertiary road, and
many local people didn't realise that it was neither an A road or a B road
as the B road at the eastern end turns 90⁰ south, whilst Swyncombe is a
straight 350 metre connection between an A and a B road with a mini
roundabout at each end.
The road is on a local authority boundary, and Hounslow Council which
maintains Swyncombe has blocked eastbound traffic.
Does that affect its designation as a tertiary road or a residential road?
There are no "Give Way" signs at either end, but is that because of the
mini roundabouts?
