There are a few with proposals by developers, but that's looong way from
it actually happening.
I laughed at the statement for Leicester's shop: " following a public
consultation". As if /that's/ how commerce works.

I think there's enough evidence to say none have been reused yet. Even
if they have, assigning them as disused makes them more accurate.

Completely disagree with that sentence. Disused:=* indicates that it's
closed & could be reused. Shop=* is indicating that it's still open &
doesn't require updating.
