They are stable. Very, very occasionally a food bank will change their
name and the slug will change too though. I think this has happened
three times in two years. Not sure if this is a problem?

This is a good point. Almost all food banks require referral,
something that's not widely understood - so this tagging could save a
lot of faff. Good call Jez.
