[Talk-GB] Mapping reservoirs

There are a group of mappers busily re-tagging
<https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Waterways/River_modernization>
all landuse=reservoir & waterway=riverbank under the slightly tendentious
title of "Water Modernisation", so it'll probably happen anyway.
