[Talk-GB] Preset for Simmons bars

That’s interesting. I looked at the website and the presence of disco music and the opening hours and bit about “cheeky dance” and felt that they were more nightclub than bar (though haven’t visited any).

I've created a preset for Simmons bars and have a draft PR https://github.com/osmlab/name-suggestion-index/pull/5819

 

It will match against Simmons bars tagged as pubs or nightclubs though I wanted to confirm this. From the bars I've seen and their website it seems they could all be considered a bar.
