[Talk-GB] Misaligned Cadastral Parcels in OSMUK layer?

Hi All,

I was just checking the alignment of imagery in JOSM against the OSMUK
Cadastral Parcels layer and noticed that some parcels in Isleworth in West
London seem to be completely misaligned. Is this a problem with the source
data or the data layer? I'm not sure how to link to it directly, but I see
parcels drifting well past the middle of South Street at the below
location. I'm not aware of any changes in road alignment.

Also I notice that the cycleway relation for C40 includes stretches of
footway there, I presume it needs a tidy up at some point. I'll stick a
note there as I don't fancy unpicking that myself!
