[Talk-GB] Misaligned Cadastral Parcels in OSMUK layer?

I'd say they can be safely ignored - just align Bing with some of the
houses/gardens etc. further south - seems like roughly 3.0, -0.5-ish
offset to me.
In most places I've seen, the Esri World Imagery (Clarity) Beta layer is
the "old" Bing from before it was updated last year, so if you switch to
that you can see the Cadastral Parcels overlay usually lines up fairly
correct without any offset.
