[Talk-GB] Cancellation of in person East Midlands pub meeting

Dear All,

I've been tracking the arrival of the Omicron Covid-19 variant, and have
reluctantly decided that the associated uncertainties of the current
situation are best met by not proceeding with the meeting scheduled for
Tuesday in Derby.

Instead I'll schedule an online session at the same time on BigBlueButton
(details to follow).

I have not yet updated OSM Calendar or the wiki, but will do so shortly.
