[Talk-GB] Voting on a tag for parcel lockers

I'm struggling to think of an unmanned parcel pickup device that wouldn't
involve locking the parcel away from people other than the recipient (aka a
'locker')....maybe University pigeonholes? I suppose new things could be
invented...
