[Talk-GB] 'informal' ramps

I wonder if Gareth has in mind drawing a parallel way for the informal
ramp. I've occasionally used this in Sweden. Not the most elegant
solution but does allow things like surface, mtb:scale (which I use for
physical bicycle accessibility as distinct from legal), wheelchair (lack
of) accessibility and anything else that you can come up with for
assisting routing. Topologically "correct" and can track any deviations
of the ramp from the steps. Your suggestions are still valid and I'll
use them. /Mike
