It may help to say what offset you are using: aligning your buildings on
Croft Rise seems to give 1.64, 1.98.
I've deleted the mysterious way 25597878
<https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/25597878> which I suspect was intended
for the footpath a bit to the SE.
As ever Will's OSM-Nottingham gives

some useful address leads from open data.
There are also some oddities of LR parcels; properties on Orchard Close
seem to have encroached on the footpath to the rear.
I can do any missing buildings with rooftop solar.
