Sorry for the slow reply here. foodbanks.geojson contains the food
bank organisations and locations.geojson contains the organisations
outlet locations.

I've just added foodbank, foodbank_slug and foodbank_url to the
locations.geojson point features to help marry the two up.

Very generally this is probably true, but varies enormously.
