[Talk-GB] Import of Cyclehoop Bike Hangars

That was my first thought to about customer but the wiki does specify it as the right tag for a parking lot but maybe does mean ’supermarket car park for customers only’ rather than NCP

What would be the right tag for turn up and pay bike parking?
