Thanks Jeremy. In my experience a street-level photo combined with
aerial imagery really helps to clarify some of the tags you mention,
even when the photo/aerial themselves are not ideal. It's true that
for some portion of these casual-ish submissions, we won't be able to
discern all or possibly any of those attributes! I think that module
count will be often much easier to work out from streetside+aerial
than aerial alone, for example.
