[Talk-GB] Restarting in-person meetups

I would love to have some in-person get togethers.....just want the jabs to
take effect first :)

Maybe outdoor meetings will be the first step. I'm already thinking about
what i'd need to do to get OSM Brighton and Hove moving again. What, if
any, help do people think that groups might need? e.g. to encourage a local
village/town/city meetup to start. Do they need leaflets? template teaching
materials? something else?
