[Talk-GB] Public Rights of Way mapping guidance for Wiki

That's what I would do, bearing in mind that we might need to use
unusual access tags on the barrier:
- There are extended kissing gates designed for bikes (or put the bike
up on its back wheel. They don't work very well for large bikes like
mine. I've seen them on bike paths (not sure but IIRC the Stratford
Greenway has one at one end)
- There are pinch stiles designed to pass bikes but not horses - they're
common on bike paths like the Strawberry line. Some people can ride
them but I never fancy it with about 2cm either side of my shoulders -
the narrowest part is about on a level with the widest part of a horse.
- There's the odd truly nasty bit of infrastructure that I'd really like
to avoid but one at least I should detour to photograph and ask about.
IMO We should also when using these try and assess them for wheelchair
access. Again there are kissing gates designed to allow wheelchairs, or
to be overridden with a RADAR key
