[Talk-GB] Pedestrian area at Emirates Stadium with fan tiles

They're all commemorative plaques, but it would not be feasible to map them
individually, so I would outline the whole area (or each set, if divided
by, say, paths) and tag it as a single plaque, with a
surface=extremely_smooth, or something like that.
