Looking at it on Google Streetview, the design of the cycleway surface
implies that it terminates at the intersection with the A102 (Homerton
High Street) directly opposite Isabella Road, as linked by that way. And
there are no "shared use" signs visible on the pavements to the north of
that junction on either side of the A102, implying that cyclists may not
legally ride there anyway.

So I think that way reflects the correct legal position: the shared use
path that runs from the stub of Homerton Row follows the original route
of Homerton Row all the way to Homerton High Street, where cyclists are
expected to rejoin the carriageway. Bearing in mind that this was, once,
a crossroads with Homerton Row and Isabella Road on opposite sides of
Homerton High Street (c/f NLS maps). The western end of Homerton Row has
been part-pedestrianised, but the legal route remains the same as it was
before, and the highway of Homerton Row ends at Homerton High Street.

Which is a long-winded way of saying, leave the way where it is, it
looks correct to me.
