[Talk-GB] Mapping separated highways, islands, roundabout flares, etc.

In general it's only roundabout flares that I tend to map, but I also leave
them if they are mapped as a single way unless doing so makes pedestrian
routing across the relevant road inaccurate. For smaller dividers such as
pedestrian refuges, I'd tend to use of tags on the way. The one time I felt
I did have to split the road into opposite carriageways was on the A642
near Huddersfield. A speed camera
<https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/5088707444#map=19/53.63451/-1.70940> is
positioned on an island in the middle of the road & I couldn't see any
other way of representing this particular aspect. As you can see it looks a
bit odd on the standard map style.
