[Talk-GB] OSM site down

Hi all,

The OSM site is currently returning a 500 error.

Also, the holding message directs you to the Contact channels page "if your
problem persists" - I know we do great things but to just land a user on a
huge wiki page with dozens and dozens of options when you just want a big
"Report Issue" button front and centre is not a good look.

So the reason I'm posting to the mailing list is for want of a better way
to communicate this issue.
