Hello,
Yes, I’ll begin drafting a response for OSMUK. I’ve created a Loomio post on the response here: https://www.loomio.org/d/3bPmlyRB/response-to-ofcom-s-plan-of-work-2021-2022 as not all members follow this mailing list. Are there other recommendations and specific points to be included?
You can choose to choose to correspond with board at osmuk.org<mailto:board at osmuk.org> too if you prefer.
Thank you
Gareth L

Hi
I've read the link below, responding as requested by both individuals and OSMUK can only help our mapping efforts.
May I request OSMUK to consider responding to the Ofcom consultation

Hello everyone,
long time reader, first time poster.
I know that address data, and the various licensing and business models around it, are a long-standing bugbear for parts of the OSM community. One of those licensing and business models is Royal Mail because of their role on PAF.
Ofcom, who regulate Royal Mail's role on PAF, are currently consulting on their plan of work for 2021/22. This provides an opportunity for them to look at this part of the address puzzle, but they need to know that this is important to people.
The Centre for Public Data, which is run by Anna Powell-Smith aka @darkgreener on twitter, has just published a short briefing on the consultation, how they plan to respond, and tips to make it easier for others to respond if you want to. It's here:
