It just looks like an accidental mistagging - if you comment in the 
changeset discussion comment field to let them know about it I'm sure 
they'll fix it (and any others that they may have inadvertently changed 
at the same time).

They've used "level0" as the editor here.  That essentially just does a 
"search and replace", which is fine if you're correctly "obvious 
misspelling" to "what it should be", but will also change anything to 
anything if you ask it to.
