[Talk-GB] SotM: OpenStreetMap & Governments Around the World

Hello All,

I am on a State of the Map panel tonight at 9pm (I know...!) on the subject
of how our OSM community works (or doesn't as the case may be) with the
public sector.

Seeing as we are a crowdsourced project, I would be happy for your input to
my 5 minute introduction + any individual points I might consider.
