[Talk-GB] July East Midlands Meeting will now by virtual

Hi All,

A bit late with this as I've been anticipating it for a couple of weeks.

The current situation with the Covid pandemic with high rates of infection,
which are increasing rapidly, plus the removal of mitigations on Monday,
mean that I don't think it's sensible (particularly for myself) to meet in
a pub this month. I have also just noticed that apparently the government
have published new 'advice' for the clinically extremely vulnerable, which
seems to suggest restricting contacts & avoiding indoor locations.

Therefore instead of The Brunswick at 2pm on Tuesday, we'll return to
BigBlueButton at 19:30. I'll update OSM Calendar & the wiki shortly.

It seems difficult to get a handle on how things will change over the next
4-5 weeks, but at this point I do not anticipate an in person meeting in
August. Some are speculating the new wave will peak towards the end of next
month.

Sorry about this, the two meetings we have had were really pleasant.
