[Talk-GB] A focus on adding wikidata tags to OSM in Wales

Hi Mateusz

Thanks for the links and sage advice. I *think* we are proceeding with
caution and in line with the guidance on the wiki. If anyone sees
anything odd happening that might be related to our efforts give me a
shout and we'll resolve it ASAP.

I've got to say that  <https://osm.wikidata.link/> is a great tool and
we are very grateful for its existence.

Presumably your validator report for the UK would include Wales. If it's
possible to run a version just for Wales that would be helpful as our
efforts are focused just there at the momement.
