[Talk-GB] UPRN to postcode lookup

I also wanted to thank Rob for the overlay, which is really useful. I
wondered if there's a reason you've used WMTS, or more specifically if it
is/can be made compatible with osmand and Vespucci. I can't get it in those.

I didn't know about Chris Hill's layer. It had me wondering if we have a
list of UK relevant tile servers and if it could be linked or available
from the UK page on the wiki, like the third party data stuff? I'm
primarily thinking tiles that help with editing but I guess it could
include other UK specific 'maps'.
