[Talk-GB] [Talk-transit] Mapping train services in Great Britain

Yes I'd like to know who "we" are and which cities have been mapped in this
way. Currently I agree that this data is not best suited for OSM but
belongs in a separate app using OSM as a base layer and probably best left
to the travel industry.
