The name on the building.  That is what is on the ground.  I believe 
there is a tag for locally known names.

However, I think it is the name of the business, not the name of the 
building, and the business will include the grounds (especially in these 
days of six  people limits inside buildings).

Searching is a form of rendering, and the do not tag for the renderer 
rules applies.
