[Talk-GB] Solving a strange routing issue with Komoot

A few months back I noticed a routing issue with Komoot involving a bridge
I run across all the time. I reported it to them in March and they said
they would look into it if they have time but I've not heard anything since.

An example of the issue is here, whenever I try to plan a run across the
bridge it always takes me on a detour https://www.komoot.com/tour/321174003

What's the best strategy to get to the bottom of this so I can determine if
the problem is the underlying data or something in Komoot's routing
algorithm?
