[Talk-GB] Is it useful to tag material=* of stiles?

Good point. I tend to add as much detail, as I've either recorded or can
remember later, as there are tags for stiles (as with any other object in
OSM that comes in various forms). Two reasons for this:
- I want to get as much information captured in one pass as I can.
- I never know how useful the information could be to someone else. For
instance, imagine if someone wanted to plot the distribution of stile types
and materials right across the UK...
