[Talk-GB] Superfluous overall building trace when all individual parts traced?

I noticed that this apartment building has traces for both the whole
building and the the house names that make it up:

What's the best way to model this? Physically it's one building though it
is made up of different house names with different heights and entrances so
the overall building trace feels a bit superfluous or is it?
