[Talk-GB] Environment agency LIDAR tiles

Tom, I think the layer is not reporting it's available projections properly
which is tripping JOSM up. I can get this layer to display in JOSM by
manually using this:

https://environment.data.gov.uk/spatialdata/lidar-composite-digital-terrain-model-dtm-1m-2019/wms?FORMAT=image/png&TRANSPARENT=TRUE&VERSION=1.3.0&SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetMap&LAYERS=1&STYLES=&CRS=EPSG:3857&WIDTH={width}&HEIGHT={height}&BBOX={bbox}

I didn't see a way to put a layer manually so I first went to Imager->
Imagery Preferences -> +TMS. I paste this url in and give it a name. JOSM
will then store it with "tms:" in front. Manually edit the text box to take
that out leaving just the text string above. That now shows.

Unfortunately, the traditional hillshade style isn't provided in the right
projection for JSOM so we're stuck with this layer which measures height.
