[Talk-GB] Completeness of cadastral parcel data

Just a note to say that LB Waltham Forest, Isle of Dogs and Poplar (in LB Tower Hamlets) and Greenwich have now appeared in the tiles; and a quick spot-check in Wandsworth show that its working too.
