unknown; 20:00+ closed

Note there seems to be an assumption of 06:00 as the end of the closed 
period.  If you want to override that, you will need a bit more, e.g.

unknown; 20:00-00:00 closed

Caution: many parks have closing times that are round number versions of 
sunset, possibly with an upper limit in summer.
