[Talk-GB] Country parks wms

I discovered (not sure if others knew about it) that DEFRA have country
parks available as tiles via wms on an Open government license - there's a
link via https://magic.defra.gov.uk/MagicMap.aspx and many other layers
that would be of interest to mappers (I haven't checked what the licenses
are on all of these). For the OGL tiles (including the LIDAR ones discussed
before), can anyone confirm if it would be okay/helpful for me to add them
to the list of layers in JOSM? (Same for other editors although I don't
know where their lists are).
