[Talk-GB] Tactile markings at UK bus stops?

My local Council (Brighton & Hove) have been diligently updating most bus
stops with tactile paving. So, round here, the Street Complete question
makes sense. Perhaps it is a legal requirement? Councils aren't normally
keen to spend money.
