"Quests" in StreetComplete can be turned on or off individually, under
"Settings"/ "Display"/ "Quest selection", so if you spend all of your
time in an area where there is never tactile paving, you can turn off
that one.

Please don't forget to turn it back on again if and when you visit
Birmingham ;-)
