[Talk-GB] Household Waste Recycling

This weekend I am working with others at Code The City 21 on the subject of
recycling. I've created the page
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Household_waste_in_the_United_Kingdom
to describe the current situation in the UK. We've also sourced a master
list of Household Waste Recycling Centres (aka 'the tip'). We will be
adding all the HWRCs to wikidata + linking to OSM.

Your assistance would be much appreciated in matching, or in adding more
details...and would demonstrate the OSMUK community in action.
