Took me a few minutes to work out that Paul's HWRC is down as 'Springvale'
although clearly, from the sign, it is called 'Penistone'. The pains of
data eh! I've put the wikidata id on it from
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Household_waste_in_the_United_Kingdom#List_of_HWRCs

We've got a proof-of-concept web app at https://dev.jackgilmore.me/ which
is going to be elevated to "OpenWasteMap.org" soon. Uses Overpass Turbo to
pull data combined with Wikidata.
