[Talk-GB] Household Waste Recycling

Odd, my local HWRC[1] isn't listed on the Wiki page. Seeing as it's the
facility for 5 boroughs (H&F, K&C, Lambeth, Wandsworth and Westminster)
serving (I'd guess) in excess of 1m people, this seems an unfortunate
omission.

That said, probably not your fault - I can't find it on the Defra site,
only the adjacent waste transfer station[2]. Any ideas where it might have
got to?

Incidentally, this is one that is reasonably pedestrian- and
bicycle-friendly; it has bicycle parking, and residents arriving by bicycle
or foot don't need to book an arrival slot. But that's London.
