This would appear to mix up the body type(car) with the ownership use 
(private).


My only motor vehicle is a campervan, which was bought as a van and then 
converted.  Privately owned vans, campers, etc. are allowed at our tip, 
but with slightly more restrictions than cars ("permit" would be good 
enough for both).  Looking at the tags, mine would need 
motorhome=permit, but also goods=permit to account for vehicle construction.

On the other hand commercial vehicles can be restricted based on the 
fact they're commercial, not the body type - branded cars for example



I don't know if any make arrangements for motorbikes; trailers are often 
a special case (allowed/forbidden/max length/allowed only at quiet 
times) but perhaps that's too detailed for us.
