Hi Paul,

It's always possible there are some missing from the list. I've had a few
name mismatches though. I guess that the best thing to do is exactly what
you've done - add it to the wiki table as a question mark and then
eventually we can dedupe.

https://openwastemap.uk/ makes use of the 'owner' tag to get the Council.
The operator may be Veolia/Suez/etc.
