[Talk-GB] Household Waste Recycling

HI Edward,

I've started using the very tag. I've found the following are helpful to
cover who/what/how to enter a given recycling centre. Some also allow trade
waste, subject to a licence, fee or permit, but presently I'm not sure how
best to tag that...

access=residents
foot=no
motor_vehicle=permit
