Hi Jez,
Really good map - and updated so quickly after OSM is edited!
Somewhere in the thread it was suggested that adding the website tag would be really helpful.  I tried that on a few recycling centres that I know, but I hit a snag.  On finding the relevant centre in OpenWasteMap, I can see the link to the website, but following it (in most cases) gives an HTTP 404 error.  I notice that the URL has "%7D" at the end, which was not on the URL that I put in the tag.  Deleting "%7D" in the browser address bar gives the correct page.
So, is OWM adding "%7D" ? 
To see an example, look at any of the 3 centres in Milton Keynes, (e.g. https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/376539761#map=19/52.08169/-0.70595  )
I don't think it is all my fault; Beaconsfield  and St Albans Centres have the same issue.

I've created the page https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Household_waste_in_the_United_Kingdom to describe the current situation in the UK. We've also sourced a master list of Household Waste Recycling Centres (aka 'the tip'). We will be adding all the HWRCs to wikidata + linking to OSM.
Your assistance would be much appreciated in matching, or in adding more details...and would demonstrate the OSMUK community in action.
