Wow, updates pretty quick!

I seem to have fluffed the opening times on the one near me
<https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/7170704689>: compare my time tags with
the description (also by me). This is open longer in the winter than the
summer. Do I recall that the tags can't handle seasonal times?


Nice-to-haves on the openwastemap site, from a non-coder with no idea how
feasible:

   - When returning search results, zoom to the site returned rather than
   see all of UK
   - Filter by household/business waste
