I took a look at Ordnance Survey Open Names. As far as I can see:

- East Twickenham is not mentioned at all
- Fulwell is mentioned only as the name of a railway station
- Richmond Hill is mentioned only as the name of a road
- Grove Park is the only 'populated place' of the four, defined as 
a'Suburban Area', and they place it at grid reference 520195,177272.

Make of that what you will.
